When designing the kitchens for the residential project, the goal was to achieve elegance and timelessness, with the intention of integrating the kitchen into an open-plan living space. Each kitchen is unique and tailored to the client in terms of finishes and furniture layout, always making the most of the space to ensure generous storage capacity.
We would also like to highlight that all the homes feature large windows, which provide impeccable natural light to the environment, enhancing every detail of the residence.
Finally, we want to emphasize the project’s focus on sustainability, which is reflected in every detail. DManán has chosen to follow the BREEAM® principles to promote sustainable construction, ensuring economic, environmental, and social benefits. This certification, which evaluates impact across 10 categories, guides the path toward more sustainable building by delivering significant economic savings, reducing CO2 emissions, and creating healthy indoor environments. It also drives cultural change by promoting the use of sustainable materials and raising awareness of the importance of sustainability in construction.
